Which Ipod Should You Buy?

Posted on Friday 14 November 2008

Fed up of your CD walkman that only allows you to listen to one album at a time, or your mp3 player which only holds 30 songs? iPods may have been around for seven years already but they’re being updated all the time and they also certainly solve the problem of how to best store your best tracks.

Take the iPod shuffle for example. This is Apple Inc.’s smallest and cheapest model, but it can still hold up to 240 songs and its battery lasts for up to 12 hours. So even on a 6 hour return journey you wouldn’t run out of music or battery.

If you’re looking for something at the top of the Apple portable music device range that can do a lot more than simply play music files then look to the iPod Touch. It may come with either 8GB or 16GB of memory but that’s nothing until you find out that it can browse the web using WiFi connections, play videos, films and TV shows, let you view your personal photos and even keep organized with clocks and calendars. It’s got just about everything.

Also in the iPod family is the iPod nano and the iPod classic. The nano can be found in a range of colours including black, silver, green, pink and blue and the classic is available in these colours too, along with the choice of either 80GB or 160GB in storage space.

We’re pretty sure that the whole family could benefit from the whole family of iPods, whatever they’re doing and wherever they’re going. What’s great is that you can order your iPod from anywhere as long as you’ve got access to the internet.
